Nissan X-Member - 110 Series

Constructed from either High-Tensile steel (3x higher yield strength than typical carbon steel) or Lightweight Alloy, this Crossmember is a perfect replacement for the OE Crossmember and Caster Rod Brackets. Rather than using 3 separate structures, it combines them into 2 structures on each side, tied together with 2 large braces, as well as optional bracing to the radiator support for extra rigidity. The crossmember provides much higher rigidity than standard, reducing flex that is common especially with aftermarket kits that utilise solid bushing. This crossmember also provide a huge amount of adjustment including Roll Center, Bump Steer, Steering Rack Relocation. The crossmember's lowest point is that of the OE items, however for a higher clearance solution look at the BASE X-Member. The crossbar is lower profile than the OE Support which allows more clearance to the sump.

Options: 

Construction - The main construction can be made out of either Mild Steel, High Tensile Steel or Aluminium. High Tensile is more expensive however provides the most strength and rigidity for the same weight as the Mild Steel. The Aluminium is the lightest, however sacrifices on strength and rigidity, as well as being much more expensive.

Extras - The Bash Plate is a large plate that sits flush underneath the crossmember to protect the underside of you engine. The Steel plate is tougher and provides more clearance, the Aluminium is lighter and can be anodized to what ever colour you choose. The OE Radiator Mount is a small plate which gives you a mounting for the radiator which is lost when removing the standard Caster Rod Brackets with the new crossmember. For those with custom rad supports and mounts this isn't needed, for those with OE radiator supports this is needed.

Coating -  The Black Zinc is less expensive however more prone to marking. The Electroless Nickel is a tougher, brighter coating with more resistance to damage and corrosion
